Scott Lawrie Gallery  quickly established itself as one of the most interesting galleries in New Zealand - largely due to its outward-looking focus on international artists, special projects, and performances. Strongly independent, research-led, and proudly maverick, the gallery is known for its 'artist-first'  approach to experiencing art, and its advocacy for artists.

Today, Scott is based in the UK and is currently planning his first show, to be held during the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, 3-25 August 2024.
